Digital-product purchases
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally treated as final once access has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise or the product is materially defective.

Please review product descriptions, compatibility information, included files, and requirements carefully. Contact the Discord support team before purchasing if you are uncertain.
Problems with a product
If a purchased product is not working as described, contact support with your order number and clear details. Talon’s Development will first attempt to resolve the issue. This is starter language and should be reviewed by the store owner for local law and payment-provider requirements.
