Standard FiveM Use
The standard license is included at the normal product price. It permits the purchaser to use the product for their own FiveM server or personal FiveM project. It does not permit resale, redistribution, sublicensing, leaking, or sharing the original product files.
Resell Product License
The Resell Product License costs 60% more than the product’s current price. It permits the purchaser to incorporate the purchased asset into a finished FiveM package or paid client deliverable. It does not permit selling or distributing the original editable source files as a standalone download unless the individual product listing explicitly allows it.
All licenses
- Ownership of the original asset remains with Talon’s Development
- The buyer may not claim authorship of the original asset
- The license may not be transferred to another person or business
- Leaking, sharing, or bypassing access controls is prohibited
Product-specific terms
Terms written on an individual product listing override these general starter terms. Contact Talon’s Development through Discord before purchasing if your planned use is unclear. The store owner should review this starter license and obtain legal advice appropriate to the business.
